Gesher and Craig Taubman Gesher, the debut CD from multi-platinum selling songwriter Michael Hunter Ochs and Cantorial Soloist Daniel Leanse, is perhaps the most contemporary collection of the Jewish Sabbath prayers ever recorded. Employing some of the country’s most talented musicians, Gesher has taken the last 3,500 years of Jewish liturgy and brought it into the 21st century with strikingly original melodies, production and arrangements. Craig Taubman has enjoyed a successful career in music for over twenty-two years and befan performing at age fifteen. His two most recent recordings are Friday Night Live and One Shabbat Morning. Craig is also the producer of the popular Celebrate Series, a compilation CD project. Craig has composed and directed the music for many movies and television shows and his songs have been recorded by respected artists such as Chita Rivera and Jennifer Holliday.
