Jeffrey Klepper

Jeff Klepper is a cantor, songwriter, and performer in Kol Bseder, whose songs are known throughout the Jewish world. Raised in NY, his influences include Seeger, Dylan, Carlebach and the Beatles. He graduated from HUC in 1980, earned his M.A. at Northeasten IL University, and has served congregations in the NYC metro area, IL, Haifa, and Temple Sinai in Sharon, MA. He edited the songs for Mishkan Tfilah, teaches future cantors at Hebrew College, and was named a ""Legend of CAJE"" in 2006.
